Animal research is licensed, inspected, and signed for. A general chatbot cannot be trusted with that, and storage alone does not answer for it.

Compliance is the data model

Licence number, severity, humane endpoints, anaesthesia, tissue sharing. These are the fields the record is built from, so nothing has to be mapped across at the end.

It tells you when the data contradicts you

The hypothesis you write at setup locks when you submit. Each measurement is then checked against it: supports, contradicts, or too early to say.
